We meticulously inspect each product and handle them with care. Our delivery agents ensure the most careful delivery. However, if you receive a faulty or damaged product, please review the following conditions and limitations for return or exchange

WHEN ARE PRODUCTS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN/ EXCHANGE?
Funny Pink does not accept returns or exchanges for products that fall under the following categories:
- Worn products
- Products that appear washed
- Products with missing tags
- Soiled or stained products with glitter or any other particles
- Products emitting perfume, lotion fragrance, or body odor
- Products without their original packaging
- Clearance sale items
- Products bought using seasonal, promotional offers, or coupon codes (unless faulty or damaged)
Customers are allowed to exchange the product only once per order. Thus, exchanged products are not eligible for returns or refunds.
WHICH PRODUCTS CANNOT BE RETURNED/ EXCHANGED?
The following products cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons-
- Panties
- Legwear
- Shapewear
- All accessories
- Bralettes
- Cami bras
- Tube bras
- Lingerie sets
You can return/exchange the following items if there is a size issue or fault in the product, depending on availability and customer preference:
- Bras (excluding bralettes, cami bras, tube bras, lingerie sets)
PROCESS OF RETURN/ EXCHANGE
If your product(s) meets the above policies of Funny Pink , they are eligible for return/exchange. Here’s how to proceed:
- Products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
- Place an exchange order directly on your Funny Pink account on the orders page.
- Call us at +91 93557 31999 for assistance from our customer care agents.
- Connect with us through our Support Portal by emailing us. Include your order ID in the subject and attach product images for further review.
Once we initiate the return/exchange, a courier agent will pick up the product within 48 hours. Please note that product pickup does not guarantee approval of return/exchange.
Our examination team will review the products before approving your request within 4-7 business days. Therefore, it is imperative that you:
- Properly fold and pack the product as received.
- Ensure that all tags are attached.
